What is up my Loungers!
Okay, so earlier this week I posted a video on the Fit Not Fat page about starting a journal where I would list all the food I've consumed with the hope of seeing how disgusting my intake was, so that it would scare me to start eating better.
If you didn't see the video, go Check It Out!
So it's Wednesday evening and I can honestly tell you that I have kept up with it; however, I can also honestly tell you that I am not pleased with the results. You see, in the video I mention an app and web site I found (MyNetDiary), and you see this app tracks the calories, how much I've burned based on my set daily limit etc. I'm no fitness expert, but when my allotted calorie intake for the day is...oh...let's just throw a number out there and say - 1600 calories - and by day's end I'm 1600...squared! It's probably not good for the program I'm on. All hypothetical - of course.
I love me some food! What!?!
All's I know is diet's are best when started on Monday's (ain't that right Big Grip?) and it's not Monday. Okay...Okay...it shouldn't matter what day I start on - but damn! - ONO Hawaiin Restaurant in Rosemead, CA (soon to be reviewed on Taste Budz) is just so damn delicious! I don't want my pants to keep expanding for the wrong reasons, so against the evil fat person inside me's will, I will continue the journal, but I actually will stay under my allotted calorie limit. I promise!
Anybody else out there doing their "New Year's Resolution Lose Weight Tradition" also? Please tell me how you're doing and if you have any tips for this heffer, I would really appreciate it.
235lb & 5'11 - Out!
